Our company believe in the need to develop the next generation of bricklayers. We have started 2021 by taking on 4 apprentice bricklayers and our aim for this year is to have at least one apprentice on all of our sites.
We are working with local colleges in the hope to encourage more of the younger generation to go down the apprentice route.
