We are delighted to have been awarded both the Brickwork & Scaffolding Contracts for Cala Homes, Phase 2 Monks Farm, Lancing. Phase 1 at Monks Farm has run with great success and we look forward to continuing this onto the next 385 plots in Phase 2.
As part of the planning approval and to enhance open space and natural wildlife, the developer will build one of Sussex's biggest country parks to the east of the site with more than 500 trees being planted, as well as a network of pathways and wooden bridges.
