We are delighted to have secured new contracts for the Brickwork and Scaffolding for Sigma Homes Group. This bespoke development of just 13 properties is in an idyllic, but well-located spot, bordering the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just a short distance away from the village of Cuckfield.
The scheme of 13 eco-efficient homes replaces the 'redundant' Court Meadow School, which was closed in 2012. Nine houses will be for private sale with an additional four affordable homes. New trees and hedgerows will be planted as part of the scheme and all the homes will have air source heat pumps, electric car charging points and high levels of insulation.
