A warm welcome to Matthew Gulson-Smith and Will Draper who have both recently joined the PGL team.
Matthew is a Senior Surveyor having worked for Tier 1 main contractors across London and the South East. Matthew has worked across all sectors from public to private sector and new build to heritage.
In Matthew’s words – “I am committed to my profession and have had the opportunity of surveying on a wide range of projects both in scope and value. My wealth of experience not only makes me flexible when dealing with day to day problems but also the more momentous challenges our industry provides us with. I am a good team player, but also enjoy leading teams and developing all levels of commercial and surveying staff. My strengths lie in my passion for my work, integrity, communication skills, people management and knowledge.”
Will is our new Quantity Surveyor. Will has been working as a surveyor for Tier 1 Main Contractors working on large Mixed Use Residential Schemes and Education projects in East Sussex.
We look forward to a long lasting working relationship with both Matthew and Will.
