PGL first started working with Antler Homes in Summer 2020 at their Old Hamsey Lakes site in South Chailey to build 55 homes. The site consists of 2, 3 , 4 and 5 bedroom houses.

Set in rural surroundings this stunning new development is very well connected to major towns and cities. South Chailey is located just 4 miles north of the historic county town of Lewes; 7 miles south-east of Haywards Heath, and 6 miles from both Burgess Hill & Uckfield. There are excellent road links via the A275 to the A272 to the north, and A27 east-west trunk road to the south. Cooksbridge railway station, some 1.5 miles to the south, provides rail links to London Victoria and London Bridge, together with Lewes and Brighton to the south. Whilst Haywards Heath also offers excellent London line commuter links. Regular bus services run along the A275.
